The UPMC Second Avenue Commons Health Center provides comprehensive physical and behavioral health services. If you are experiencing homelessness and need health care support, please contact the clinic at 412-232-7544.

The  mission of the health center is to provide comprehensive, flexible, and trauma-informed care to help patients experiencing homelessness achieve their unique health and housing goals. Services include treatment of acute and chronic medical diseases, wounds, foot care, eyeglasses, gynecologic care, substance use disorder treatment (including buprenorphine/Suboxone), screening for STDs and hepatitis C, and behavioral health assessment and treatment. The staff focus on harm reduction while working to connect patients to long-term primary care and behavioral health providers.
